Kitsap County Real Estate Market Update - August 2026

What changed in the Kitsap County real estate market over the past year? The August 2026 Northwest MLS
residential report provides a direct comparison with August 2025.

New listings increased 9.6%, from 375 to 411. Pending sales increased 12.6%, from 325 to 366. Inventory
increased 6.6%, from 760 homes to 810. Closed sales decreased 19%, from 347 to 281. Average days on market changed from 34 days to 33 days.
The median sales price increased 4.6%, from $595,000 in August 2025 to $622,491 in August 2026.
