Selling a home is stressful, but Niki made the process feel much easier and manageable. Her expertise, attention to detail and ability to get things done in a timely manner did not go unnoticed. She was responsive, communicative and consistently kept us informed every step of the way. I won't hesitate to contact Niki next time I am looking to buy a home. Sincerely, Rebecca May

The process was arduous and on a tight schedule, but Niki helped us every step of the way through the arduous journey closing on our house. She pitched in at all the right times, and after dozens of talks, painting, calls, e-mails, texts, signings, permits, last minutes repairs, cleanings, reviews, and other efforts too numerous to mention--we closed on our house. We appreciated her effort! She's certainly recommended by us.
